Running Sibelius 7 as 32-bit Application

Description

Sibelius 7 launches as a 64-bit program but program and cannot see my plugins.

Solution

On Mac, from the "Applications" folder, select the "Sibelius 7.app" package, press "cmd+i" and in the dialog that comes up select "Open in 32-bit mode". The next time Sibelius 7 starts it will run as a 32-bit application.

On Windows, Sibelius 7 can be run as a 32-bit application by running the program from the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Avid\Sibelius 7\" location.
